The Ring was an astronomical object found within the Anoat sector, a subsector of the Javin sector of the Outer Rim Territories and Western Reaches. It was located inside the Ivax Nebula and was positioned relatively close to the planets Gerrenthum and Nothoiin. The Ring was situated in grid square K-18 of the Standard Galactic Grid.
