Trassitan

Trassitan was an astronomical object located in the Trassitan system, a part of the Veragi sector in the New Territories portion of the Outer Rim Territories. The Veragi Trade Route hyperlane linked Trassitan to the Veragi system as well as the Dubrillion system in the Myto sector.

By 22 BBY, an office of the Galactic Republic's Judiciary was located on Trassitan, and it was the nearest such facility to the Veragi sector's region known as the Gree Enclave. That year, Count Dooku, the leader of the Separatist movement, was spotted aboard the Rokak'k Baran, a massive transport starship that was the main method of travel within the Gree Enclave. A merchant in the area subsequently forwarded a report of the sighting to the Judiciary office on Trassitan.
