Virgillia's forested moon

A heavily forested moon orbited the planet Virgillia in the Virgillia system, a part of the Koradin sector in the Outer Rim Territories. It was situated along the Lipsec Run hyperlane. During the Virgillian Civil War between the Aristocracy and the Virgillian Free Alignment, a refugee camp containing women and children was located there.

The camp was at one point discovered by a Galactic Empire informant, and, as a result, Captain Jarroth and the crew of the Imperial Victory-class Star Destroyer Stormwind were sent to investigate it. They first tortured several refugees on the suspicion that they were hiding information about Free Alignment troops and then killed everyone in the encampment when they attempted to fight back. It was the first mission of Imperial Navy Ensign Rannd Delckis, and he found the incident so horrifying that he subsequently defected to the Free Alignment.
