Yoturba was a planet located in the Mid Rim Territories. In 21 ABY, the Lerct Historical Institute conducted an archaeological dig at a site on the planet. Jedi Master Luke Skywalker and the explorer Lor San Tekka visited the dig and Skywalker discovered a Sith holocron and shards of a bled kyber crystal within a wrecked starship that had crashed there centuries before. While there, historian Beaumont Kin witnessed a long-dead Sith Lord take control of one of his colleagues at the dig site.
