The amphibious wolf was a type of wolf native to the Expansion Region planet Shaymore. During a joint effort by the native Sessehshellah and the Rebel Alliance to expel a Galactic Empire hydrocarbon extraction operation from Shaymore, a pack of amphibious wolves attacked a Rebel-Sessehshellah taskforce crossing a stretch of marshes to sabotage an Imperial power station. The Sessehshellah and the Rebels presented an allied defense, and were successful in driving away the wolves.
