Bhillen

Bhillen was a type of animal that could be eaten by Humans. It could be stewed,, roasted, or used to a prepare a sandwich.

In 0 ABY, the Human techician Deen Voorson recounted the story of about the Human Jedi Vici Ramunee to two fellow members of the Alliance to Restore the Republic, Mavis and Tarn. In the story, set around 4000 BBY, Ramunee found a spreed of food on a table that included a quarter roast bhillen only for it to vanish from the table after she turned away.

By 3 ABY, Deen's cousin, Shannon Voorson, had learned to slice into Imperial data files while living in the Core Worlds Kuat System. Afterwards she would make up her own codes using animal names such as bhillen. When Deen visited Shannon in the Kuat System that year, the family caught up with each other over a pot of stewed bhillen. Shannon later used a bhillen sandwich as part of a lie to get past a security guard and join her cousin in the Alliance to Restore the Republic.
