Bhillen sandwich

Bhillen sandwich was a type of sandwich made with strong smelling Bestinnian tang-root and bhillen, a type of animal. The dish could be consumed by Humans.

In 3 ABY, the Human youngling and slicer Shannon Voorson prepared a bhillen sandwich as part of a plan to run away and join her cousin Deen Voorson in the Alliance to Restore the Republic. Shannon placed the sandwich in a thermabag along with a signaller, hoping that the smell of the tang-root would discourage discovery of the communication device. When she was stopped by a security guard, she lied her way past by stating that she was delivering the sandwich to her father who had forgotten his lunch.
