Cliffspringers were a type of docile, fleet-footed, grazing mammal native to the ocean moon Kef Bir, where they dwelt on grassy islands. Members of Company 77, a group of human First Order deserters, hunted cliffspringers using energy bows without power augmentation, allowing for clean kills. The company harvested their prey efficiently, taking meat and hides from cliffspringers.
