Crolute precursor species

A species of amphibious creatures were native to the planet Crul in the Mid Rim, where they eventually evolved into the sentient Crolute species millions of years later. Members of the species used to come ashore during summers, with males (known as "bulls") fighting for females (or "cows") and guarding breeding colonies on the beaches.
