Emerald kofta-grouse

Emerald kofta-grouses were a type of bird that partially shared their name with kofta-buns, a kind of bread. While on the Outer Rim planet Akiva in 4 ABY, the bounty hunter Jas Emari watched the Imperial Advisor Yupe Tashu exit a shuttle, mentally considering that his hat looked silly, as if someone had killed an emerald kofta-grouse and placed it on his head.
