Gutter rat

A gutter rat was a type of rat. In 230 BBY, when Eye of the Nihil Marchion Ro instructed the Nihil pirates X-10 and Zagyar to follow Nihil Chadra-Fan Doctor Kisma Uttersond as he did not trust Uttersond and believed he may have betrayed the Nihil, Ro called the doctor a "mange-crusted gutter rat."

Two years later, "The Warden"—a disgraced Nihil enforcer who served as the warden of the Nihil prison ship Korvix Vorn—gathered his prisoners so they could be tested by the Nihil scientist Niv Drendow Apruk to determine which of them was a Jedi. Apruk's associate, the Valon Nihil Driggit Parse, informed the Warden that she felt they were too exposed and that the prisoners knew something was about to happen. In response, the warden told Parse that the reality of the situation was too complex for a "tag-along gutter rat" from the Outer Rim planet Valo to understand.
