Lufflings were large felines native to the low-grav moons located in the Outer Rim Myto sector. Lufflings were dimorphic which resulted in the males of the species being significantly smaller than the females. By 3 ABY, bookies had started to offer bets on stacked luffling races, a sport where female luffings ran around with a male luffing stacked on their heads. That year, a pair of luffings, Peko and Mug, competed in stacked luffling races.
A Mon Calamari bookie offered 5–to–1 odds on Peko and Mug to the scoundrel Kay Vess while bother were aboard the casino cruiser Morenia.
