A nogull was a type of bird found at the Fekunda Outpost. Because nogulls enjoyed consuming phareen, a grain crop, workers at the outpost attached nets around the plant to prevent it from being eaten by the birds. Around 5 BBY in an attempt to frustrate the efforts of the occupying Galactic Empire, residents of the Fekunda Outpost took extra time to net the phareen to protect it from the nogulls.
