Roba

Robas were large pig beasts native to the planet Aralia. A roba's average adult weight was nine hundred kilograms.

Robas were the favored prey of the Ranats, who used hit-and-run tactics to kill them. Packs of Ranats would chase them, making swift, flesh-ripping attacks with their large tusks to weaken the robas and quickly retreating. Eventually, the weakened beasts would fall, and the Ranats would move in for the kill.

Robas were rare on Aralia, possibly due to overhunting by the Ranats.

On Taanab, they were farmed for their meat and were presumably the source of roba steak.

Wild robas could also be found on the planet Talus and the forest moon of Endor.
