Suuri

The suuri was a crab-like species of crustacean native to the Expansion Region planet Tynna. The suuri lived beneath kelp-covered rocks, and was one of the main sources of food for the native Tynnans, who preferred to catch it live when it tasted best. When prepared boiled, the shell was preferably cracked first to release trapped steam pockets. Suuri was sold in the markets of Tatooine.
