The Tinians were a sentient species that existed on a planet in the galaxy. They had very sensitive skin and considered blindness to be a gift and sight to be a disability. Around 2000 BBY, the Tinians forged the Tinian Codex, a stone carving with metal inlay which could be read by touch. In 3 BBY, while at a Senate Investiture party, Kleya Marki briefly described the Tinians while removing a listening device from the Tinian Codex.
