Unidentified bear-like creature

A large bear-like creature was native to the Colonies planet Mycroft. Although the creature resembled a black bear, it had mottled green fur and hands similar to those of a raccoon. The creature lived in an area of low, forest-covered mountains.

At one point during the Galactic Civil War, a team of Rebel Alliance agents underwent a mission to the mountain-covered area of Mycroft during the planet's winter season. The black bear-like creatures were ravenous from the long, cold harsh season and their presence in the area was a potential hindrance to the Rebel agents' mission.
