Wirutid

The Wirutid were a sentient, ambulatory species of fungus. They were hyper-intelligent and evolved into a form that, outwardly, was virtually indistinguishable from near-Human species. Through impersonating Humans, they could secure shelter and trap their prey. Wirutids had no known homeworld and were encountered in disreputable districts of the planet Coruscant.

In 22 BBY, a member of the species was present on Coruscant and attended the Outlander Club, a nightclub and gambling hall in the world's Uscru Entertainment District. On the night they visited, the light-skinned and white-haired Wirutid stood and drank with a humanoid at a table while the Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker interrogated the bounty hunter Zam Wesell outside the club.
