Gormegan-1

Gormegan-1 was a starship constructed by the Gormak species native to the planet of Voss. The Gormak were a tech-savvy species, but did not develop space-flight capability previous to contact with the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire around 3653 BBY. Following this contact, the Gormak turned their efforts toward constructing space-craft. They converted stolen Republic and Imperial technology for their own uses and constructed machinery from salvaged parts. The Gormak built the starship in Gorma-Koss under the guidance of Jokull who united dozens of tribes for that project. The Gormak believed that this ship would be the key to their survival.
