The Groundlion man-of-war was a type of man-of-war warship named for the groundlion creature that was used by the Chiss Ascendancy's Chiss Defense Force. The starships were equipped with a hyperdrive and engines, and were of a similar size to that of a Shatter-class WarMaster warship of the Grysk warlike species. Around 18 BBY, Defense Force Admiral Dy'lothe commanded the Groundlion Venturous.
