Hook Talons

The Hook Talons was a pirate fleet consisting of twenty-eight corvettes and heavy frigates that preyed on starships along the Rimma Trade Route years before 3643 BBY. However, when the Hook Talons engaged the Valor-class cruiser Aurora, a Galactic Republic patrol craft assigned to the Rimma Trade Route, they were heavily outgunned despite their superior numbers, and the Aurora wiped out every one of the Hook Talons' ships, earning it galactic fame.
