The IGV-55 surveillance vessel, or Imperial listener ship, and also referred to technically, as the Gozanti-class espionage ship, the Gozanti-class IGV-55, or Gozanti-class IGV-55 or simply, the IGV-55 was a starship model used by the Galactic Empire for surveillance, intel, and recon. They were also capable of jamming sensors and long-range communications. Utilized by Imperial Intelligence's Information Office, these vessels monitored communications and scanned data, looking for signs of seditious activities. They were similar to the Gozanti-class cruisers modified to serve within the Imperial Navy, although extensively modified with additional sensors and transmitter dishes.
