Sullustan Home Guard

The Sullustan Home Guard was a Commerce Guild sector defense force employed within the organization's Punitive Security Forces by 22 BBY. Alongside one of its officers, Sullustan Admiral Dua Ningo, the home guard was charged with defending the Outer Rim Territories Brema sector, as well as the interests of SoroSuub Corporation across the galaxy. Prior to the outbreak of Clone Wars, fought between 22 BBY and 19 BBY, against the Galactic Republic and Confederacy of Independent Systems, the Commerce Guild had become allied with the Separatists, incorporating the Sullustan Home Guard into its naval branch during the war. Under the Confederacy's command, Admiral Ningo became a stalwart officer for the Separatists as he and the home guard continued their protection of the Brema sector and SoroSuub's corporate interests.

They were not commonly seen in the Confederacy military around the start of the war. However, over time the Separatist Senate convinced many to join the Home Guard and other corporate security forces, and by the Outer Rim Sieges were more often seen in combat. In 19 BBY, an entry on the Sullustan Home Guard was written by ARC trooper Muzzle and published in the survival compendium "Neyo's Almanac of Clankers."
