The Tears of Taris was a legendary dreadnaught in the service of the Sith for over three hundred years. The ship was part of Darth Malak's fleet that bombarded the Republic planet Taris during the Jedi Civil War and participated in the Cold War and Galactic War between the Republic and reconstituted Sith Empire centuries later.
