A3L-N sentinel droid

The A3L-N sentinel droid was a model of security droid. The Crimson Dawn criminal syndicate used modified A3L-N sentinel droids in bulked-up chassis, despite the fact that the model had been recalled decades prior. A number of the droids patrolled a prison area on Crimson Dawn's fortress flagship Vermillion. During Crimson Dawn's auction of the carbonite-frozen smuggler Han Solo aboard the Vermillion, the rogue archaeologist Doctor Chelli Lona Aphra and the smuggler Sana Starros encountered one of the droids while attempting to explore a restricted area of the starship. The droid informed them that the area was restricted before incapacitating the two and taking them to one of the prison cells.
