The blue witch was a device developed by the InterGalactic Banking Clan's technicians. The device masked its owner from all electronic surveillance, including visual surveillance and the most sophisticated security holocams. In 33 BBY, Vesto Slipher, a Muun field analyst of the Banking Clan, used the device to hide himself from the Cog Hive Seven's surveillance.
