The EG-6 power droid, also known as the EG-6 series droid, was a model of EG power droid used during the days of the Galactic Republic and Galactic Empire. The droid model was still active on planets such as Jakku in the years following the Galactic Civil War. They greatly resembled the similar GNK-series power droid, also called the Gonk droid, to the point that EG-6 droids were also called gonk droids.
