Energy shell launchers were projectile weapons mounted on Armored Assault Tanks. Six launch tubes were mounted on the tank, spaced along the front side of the armored hull. The launchers fired standard energy shells, and carried a payload of up to fifty-five shells. To reload, the tank withdrew to a reload station where the lower portion of the AAT was removed and a fresh, fully-loaded replacement was put in its place.
