Firearc49 Speargun

The Firearc49 Speargun was a model of blaster speargun manufactured by BlasTech Industries and marketed to the Galactic Empire as an underwater assault weapon. The weapon was a long metal pipe capable of shooting small spears underwater to a distance as far as fifty meters. A small blaster was located beneath the spear barrel. The speargun held one spear at a time, with room for two more to be clipped on the side. The blaster's ammunition pack lasted fifty shots. A quiver could be carried by the wielder to carry additional spears. The seatrooper garrison on the planet Spira was equipped with this model of weapon.

The bounty hunter War'qi was known to use the Firearc49 when hunting Ghests in the swamps of Rodia.
