Fusion engine core

A fusion engine core was a type of power core used to power the fusion engines of a sandcrawler. By 3 ABY, the Jawa merchant Pinota Pakinota offered a fusion engine core for trade while on the desert planet Tatooine.

In 3 ABY, the scoundrel Kay Vess traded Pakinota ten units of coarseweave, six accu-accelerators, and five MG-2 power exceeders in exchange for a fusion engine core, which she later traded for a BT-P7 ion accelerator in order to upgrade her VM-19 heavy blaster pistol.
