Fusion engine

A fusion engine was a type of engine that was used by sandcrawlers. The engines consisted of several components such as a power core and a stellaract unit that to confined plasma within the engine.

In 3 ABY, the scoundrel Kay Vess traded ten units of coarseweave, six accu-accelerators and five MG-2 power exceeders to the Jawa merchant Pinota Pakinota in exchange for a fusion engine core. She later traded that engine core to Entip in exchange for a BT-P7 ion accelerator to upgrade her VM-19 heavy blaster pistol.
