Glasses

Glasses were optical instruments consisting of a frame holding a pair of lenses for improving eyesight. Some glasses were held in place by hand, like the pair occasionally used by Nuvo Vindi; other models had arms which rested over the ears, like the ones worn by some natives of Vyndal or the corrective plasspecs worn by Doctor Penn Pershing. Monocles were glasses worn over only one eye like the one worn by Gorga the Hutt or Imperial Inspector Thanoth Glasses were different from goggles which were worn as eye protective wear or to display information.

During a meeting with Arihnda Pryce, the Chiss Mitth'raw'nuruodo wore glasses in order to disguise his red eyes so that others would believe him to be a Pantoran.
