Hypodermic injectors, often called simply hypo-injectors or hypoinjectors, were a type of medical equipment. 2-1B surgical droid could have use a hypodermic injector as an attachment in place of one of their forearms. The 2-1B surgical droid that worked on initial installation of the Sith Lord Darth Vader's cybernetics in 19 BBY was equipped with a hypodermic injector. Tanith Ponta owned one that she used to inject hadeira serum. The bounty hunter Mercurial Swift had a pair of stun batons where one was modified with a hypoinjector for poison.
