The 12-4C-41 traffic control droid possessed a sophisticated optic/recorder system to assist in their duties as a traffic controller. The optic/recorder system was capable of panoramic and macroscopic scans, allowing the droid to pinpoint a starship's position through kilometers of thick fog.
