A repulsor beam projector was a device that took the power generated by a repulsor beam generator to project a repulsor beam. Verpine asteroid colonies had repulsor beam projectors installed on the outer surface to project repulsor beams in the creation of a repulsorfield shell to protect the colonies from colliding with other asteroids.
