Rieekan Ribbon for Bravery in Battle

The Rieekan Ribbon for Bravery in Battle was an award issued by the Resistance that shared its name with Carlist Rieekan, a general of the Alliance to Restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War who eventually joined the Resistance himself. Commander Poe Dameron received the award for his part in rescuing Admiral Gial Ackbar from the First Order at some point between 31 ABY and 32 ABY. Admiral Ushos O. Statura wrote the citation issuing the award to Dameron, who kept a copy of the letter in his flight log which he compiled after the Battle of Starkiller Base in 34 ABY.
