A Shiraya fan headdress was a type of headress associated with the Naboo culture. It shared a name with the ancient moon goddess Shiraya.

Queen Amidala of the planet Naboo wore one on Coruscant that had a dark brown crest, and white veda pearl beading; glass filaments in strands on either side of her face formed a "veil of tears." Queen Apailana wore a Shiraya fan headdress to Amidala's funeral.
