Signal receiver

A signal receiver was a device that could be used to pick up open transmissions. The crew of the pirate Sidon Ithano salvaged an old signal receiver that was capable of listening in on open transmissions almost anywhere on a planet, which they utilized on the desert planet Ponemah Terminal, picking up a distress call from the wrecked cruiser Obrexta III.
