Tripwire

Tripwires were a type of wire that could be be strung between buildings and were strong enough to cut an airspeeder to shreds. Between 17 BBY and around 13 BBY, the Mandalorian Rook Kast was part of a group of criminals that raided a bank tower in the Janix city Banking District on the planet Janix. Just before the raid began, Kast deployed several adhesive charges containing delpoyable tripwires to the sides of nearby buildings. When member of the city's police force arrived in police cruiser, Kast activated the charges and the newly deployed trip wires cut Unit 10's cruiser to shreds.
