Varaki eye talisman

Varaki eye talismans were a type of charm that symbolized to the Tosharans, the native population of the Outer Rim moon Toshara, to stay true in ones path. The talismans consisted of a eye of a varaki, a predatory species native to Toshara, encased in a crystal. By 3 ABY, the Quarren merchant Shuma had one such talisman for sale while traveling between planets and moons in the Outer and Mid Rim.

That year, the scoundrel Kay Vess purchased the charm from Shuma.
