Alistyr was a Silinese aide to the Silinese War Council who, in 134 BBY, escorted the Jedi Masters Elishe and Sol, as well as their Padawans Jecki Lon and Yord Fandar, from a meeting with the War Council to their suite. Alistyr stayed behind after his fellow aides left to offer the Jedi refined information on the history of the Crowning Convocation. He also gave the guests a tour of their suite. Alistyr had small burnished, cream-yellow facial crystals similar to citrine.
