134 BBY, or 134 Before the Battle of Yavin, was a year in the 'ABY-BBY' dating system that was a part of the High Republic Era. During that year, Jedi Padawan Yord Fandar passed his Jedi Trials, ascending to the rank of Jedi Knight. Two years later, Fandar mentioned the event to his friend, former Padawan Osha Aniseya, after reuniting with her.

In 134 ABY, the Force-sensitive assassin Mae Aniseya met the secret Sith Lord known only as "the Stranger" and "Qimir" who posed as the Stranger's subordinate, yet in reality was the Stranger's alter ego. Aniseya then began an intense training regimen under the Stranger that lasted two years, focusing her anger into a weapon. Around 134 ABY, Jedi Master Indara was assigned to Point Ueda on the planet Ueda.
