Character
Ar'alani's aunt
Canon Linked from 1 article
A Chiss female was a member of the Chiss Ascendancy's ruling Irizi family and the aunt of Admiral Ar'alani of the Chiss Expansionary Defense Fleet. They enjoyed sewing projects while Ar'alani—known as Irizi'ar'alani, core name "Ziara," in her youth—was growing up. By 19 BBY, then-Commodore Ar'alani and Senior Commander Mitth'raw'nuruodo "Thrawn" were invited to the Garwian Unity capital planet of Solitair. After viewing the extensive craftsmanship of the Garwian people there, Ar'alani mentioned that her aunt enjoyed sewing projects, though they were not as elaborate as the Garwian crafts.
