Arvik Cornade was a businessman during the Imperial Era. He was the founder and chief executive of Cornade Mining and Assembly, a highly-profitable company by 19 BBY. He had spent a considerable amount of time with Palpatine, having known him since he was Senator of Naboo.
In 19 BBY, Cornade met with Senator Mon Mothma, along with Baron Shkan-Shkan Yew and Hasalia Prederiko in the Coruscant moon Hesperidium to discuss Mothma's Imperial Rebirth Act.
