Hesperidium was one of the four moons of the galactic capital planet of Coruscant, located in the Core Worlds' Coruscant system. It was situated within the Coruscant subsector of the Corusca sector, located at the coordinates L-9 on the Standard Galactic Grid. It shared its name with Hesperidium straight, a section of the Dragonfire Circuit airspeeder race course on Coruscant.
At one point a lifeless rock, around 19 BBY it had been terraformed into a resort and patchwork nature reserve by rich Coruscant residents. It contained parks that simulated a dozen biomes, mountains cultivated for climbing, and violet-colored oceans navigated by massive yachts.
