Evo was a human who served as a crew chief for the New Republic's Starfighter Corps during its reign. During or after 11 ABY, Evo was stationed at Adelphi Base, a New Republic base on the planet Adelphi in the Outer Rim Territories.
After the Adelphi Squadron of pilots returned to the base following an attack on the Hutt Palace of the planet Nal Hutta, Evo took the K-22995 light flight helmet of Colonel Ward, the base's commander, as she dismounted from her X-wing starfighter on one of the base's landing pads. Evo had light skin and graying brown hair. When taking Ward's helmet, the crew chief wore a brown tunic over a tan jumpsuit with brown boots.
