Gavi Takitaken

Gavi Takitaken was a human male Jedi Padawan. during the High Republic Era.

Before being promoted to Padawan, he was a Jedi Initiate who became trapped on the planet Valo behind the expanding Nihil Stormwall. After witnessing the death of one of his masters by the Nameless, Gavi lost his ability to use the Force. He was friends with Kildo and Tep Tep, two Alcedian Jedi younglings also from the Valo Temple, the former of whom he harboured romantic feelings for. Gavi was stabbed by his best friend Driggit Parse, with a Vibroblade to the chest while Niv Drendow Apruk watched. Gavi was subsequently rescued by his friends moments later who were in possession of bacta.

Gavi perceived the Force as a series of threads that connected him to other people. Through these threads he could feel these people across the galaxy and even track them. Gavi was trained in lightsaber combat and could deflect blaster bolts and was capable of using telekinesis.
