Hutt's dragonsnake

The Hutt's dragonsnake was a venomous dragonsnake owned by the Hutt Twins on Nal Hutta, and resided in a Pit underneath The Twins' Palace, accessible via a trapdoor. The Hutts would feed their enemies to the dragonsnake by opening the trapdoor underneath them.

During or after 11 ABY, the Hutts had Din Djarin captured, his helmet stripped off and sentenced to death for betraying their agreement. They opened the trapdoor forcing the unmasked Mandalorian to face off against the creatures in the pit. Upon defeating the first few Amani warriors in the pit, the gigantic dragonsnake emerged from the depths of the pit to face the Mandalorian. The dragonsnake begun its brutal attack by striking the Mandalorian numerous times. While putting up a courageous fight (and The Twins “rewarding” the Mandalorian with his helmet), the Dragonsnake was able to pierce him through his armor, envenomating him with poison. With the help of Din Grogu and the Anzellans, the Mandalorian was able to escape the Dragonsnake and the palace to safety, but began succumbing to his injuries.

Fortunately for him, Grogu was able to get the attention of a fellow Nal Hutta resident, Gatori, whom created an antidote, which saved the Mandalorian’s life.

Later on, the Mandalorian and Grogu would return to The Twins Palace to rescue Rotta and defeat The Twins and their forces. During the skirmish, the trapdoor would get destroyed, dropping The Twins, Rotta, Embo, and Keibu into the Dragonsnake’s pit. Grogu however saved Rotta by pulling him out of the pit with the Force, and both Embo and Keibu would escape from the same tunnel Grogu and the Anzellan Droidsmiths blasted earlier. The Dragonsnake would re-emerge and, despite pleas from The Twins, would devour both of its owners, disappearing back into the pit.
