Jae Mordant

Jae Mordant was a female human ore-baroness who hailed from the mining planet Shu-Torun. She was a member of the noble House Mordant by birth but established herself as her own Ore-Baroness by traveling to the planet Luunata, where she established her own mining citadel. At some point, she was ousted from her nobility position. Mordant lost her rule over Luunata when it was captured for the Confederacy of Independent Systems by the Infinite Coil, a dark side-aligned cult led by Kundri Fathom.

During the Clone Wars, Mordant and a Republic intelligence officer tasked the independent covert special forces group Zero Company led by Hawks with the investigation of Infinite Coil, which who sought to create a galaxy-wide plague. As a young officer, Mordant joined the team as a fighter and sought to take back Luunata. Mordant was sophisticated and witty, and relentlessly self-possessed.
