Zero Company

Zero Company was a special forces group that was active during the Clone Wars, which were fought between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems between 22 and 19 BBY. Led by former Republic captain Hawks from the Den on the Ring of Kafrene and aboard the starship the Caisson, Zero Company fought covert actions during the war and tried to stay independent. However, because of his debts with the Hutts, Hawks was forced to work together with the Republic and got recruited by a Republic intelligence officer and the dispossessed ore-baroness Jae Mordant to investigate the Confederacy-aligned Dark side of the Force cult Infinite Coil, led by Kundri Fathom, which sought to infest the galaxy with a plague.

The grouping was considered an unconventional team. Apart from Hawks, the Caisson droid pilot M-3VO the clone trooper Trick and Jae Mordant, Zero Company employed various mercenaries and fighters from different conflicting backgrounds who set aside their differences to fight for Hawks, including the Jedi Padawan Tel-Rea Vokoss, the Mandalorian bounty hunter Cly Kullervo, the former Umbaran soldier Luco Bronc, the former boxer Kabb Uppercut and a R-series astromech droid. Former Separatist Runa Blask worked as an advisor for the group at the Den as did Republic Intelligence officer Bennic.
